Construction projects involve a lot of moving parts, competing priorities, and important decisions. Whether you're an owner planning a project, a contractor managing growth, or a design professional working to align scope and budget, success depends on more than just good construction. It depends on good planning.

Over the past two decades, I've worked in construction, project management, estimating, planning, and leadership roles across a variety of residential and commercial projects. For the last ten years, I've also worked closely with architects, owners, and consultants during the planning and design phases of projects, developing conceptual estimates and budgets that help guide design decisions before construction begins. Throughout that experience, I noticed a common challenge.

Owners often struggle to understand project costs, risks, and expectations early enough in the process. Design professionals need reliable budget information to help projects remain aligned with client expectations. Many small and mid-sized contractors need project management support but aren't in a position to hire a full-time project manager. At the same time, project complexity continues to increase.

That's why I started B Line Construction Planning & Management. B Line was founded to help bring clarity to the construction process through planning, project management, conceptual estimating, coordination, and reporting services. My goal isn't to replace your contractor, architect, or engineer. My role is to help project teams make informed decisions, identify challenges early, and maintain visibility throughout the project lifecycle.

The phrase "Built With Intent" reflects how I believe successful projects should be approached.

The best projects aren't necessarily the largest, most expensive, or most complex. They're the projects where expectations are clear, communication is consistent, and decisions are made with purpose.
